SHIPPING POLICY
SmartShopper.pk delivers orders across Pakistan. We aim to securely pack and dispatch every order as quickly as possible.
DELIVERY TIME
Our standard estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, public holidays, weather conditions, courier operations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Standard delivery within Pakistan is Rs 400 for orders below Rs 10,000.
Orders of Rs 10,000 or above qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
KARACHI LOCAL DELIVERY
Karachi orders may be delivered through our local delivery team.
Where the applicable Karachi local-delivery arrangement is confirmed with the customer, a local delivery charge of Rs 300 may apply.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & DISPATCH
Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number when placing an order.
Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
Incorrect or incomplete address or contact information may cause delivery delays.
FRAGILE PRODUCTS
Many of our products are fragile. We take reasonable care to inspect and securely pack products before dispatch.
Products and/or parcels may be photographed or recorded before shipment for verification and quality-control purposes.
DELIVERY DELAYS
If your order is delayed beyond the normal estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will assist you with the available shipment information.
