By using SmartShopper.pk or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and our applicable store policies.
Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. We may contact you to verify an order before processing or dispatch.
We reserve the right to review, adjust, decline, or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, customer information is incomplete, or there is an obvious product, pricing, or listing error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate refund process will be initiated.
Order Cancellation
Customers should request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing an order. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, capacities, and other information accurately. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screens, manufacturing batches, or measurement methods.
Pricing & Availability
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact the customer before fulfilling the order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Limitation & Applicable Law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws of Pakistan.
