Shipping Policy

SmartShopper.pk delivers orders across Pakistan. We aim to pack every order securely and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, public holidays, weather, courier operations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Standard delivery within Pakistan is Rs 400 for orders below Rs 10,000. Orders of Rs 10,000 or above qualify for free shipping.

Karachi orders may be delivered through our local delivery team. Where an applicable Karachi local-delivery arrangement is confirmed with the customer, a local delivery charge of Rs 300 may apply.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number when placing your order. Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch. Incorrect or incomplete contact or address information may delay delivery.

Fragile Products

Many of our products are fragile. We take reasonable care to inspect and securely pack orders before dispatch. The parcel or products may be photographed or recorded before shipment for verification purposes.
